Learning to pray together
Prayer is where life with Jesus begins: simply being with him, and bringing our lives and the lives of others before him. As a church, we pray for one another and for our neighbors, trusting that God hears and that his will is good.
A practice, not a program
Jesus often withdrew to quiet places to pray, and his first followers asked him to teach them to do the same. Prayer is one of the practices in our Rule of Life, a shared rhythm that helps us stay close to Jesus and be formed into his likeness.
We don't learn to pray alone. Each week we gather to pray over the requests we receive during services and throughout the week. We delight in bringing the burdens of our community to the Lord and asking that his will be done.

Pray before we gather
Every Sunday, before our worship service begins, a group gathers to pray. We pray for the service, for those leading and serving, and for everyone who will walk through our doors that morning.
You don't need to know what to say or pray out loud. Come for the whole half hour or just a few minutes. Everyone is welcome.
